The process is such an important part of making sure that creating a video is enjoyable and that the video produced meets your expectations creatively. By following this process we can produce simple and clear videos that are delivered on time. Another important part is the people. Our team is committed to following through on our 3 Promises and meeting your expectations.

Above your can learn more about our process. Below is an actual example process from start to finish with our client the Toronto Environmental Alliance. You can see the actual creative brief, script and storyboard, voice over samples, rough cut and final video.

It should help to make the video process clear and help you to get your head around what it actually means to create a video.

1. Creative Brief

This document is basically a Statement of Work that defines your requests and provides a general creative direction of how Switch will produce the video.

2. Script and Storyboard Development

This document will provide the narration to be used and an illustrative storyboard of the key scenes that will be later animated. You will sign-off on this document once you are satisfied and are clear on what the final video will look like.

3. Voice Over Review

You will review at least 3 different voice over demos to choose the voice-over actor that you like the best. (We will audition a number of voice over actors (normally more then 20) and provide you with our top 3.

4. Video Production and Review

Voice Over of the script will be recorded using the actor chosen. Animation production will be developed around the storyboard. You will review the completed video on Market 7 and provide feedback. This is the rough cut.

5. Final Revisions and Sign Off

You will review the completed video on Market7 and sign off on the final video. We will provide the final video as an flv file for your website. This is the final cut
