Crista Renner
With almost 20 years of marketing experience, Crista is a “builder” who loves the excitement of getting a new challenge off the ground.She oversees the marketing and communication strategies and develops and executes communication initiatives for clients within the human resources industry at Juice Inc. Her previous experience includes speech writing at Queen’s Park, the design and development of training materials with an international training company and the execution of successful online public relations campaigns that generate brand interest.
Crista sits on the Grant Review Team for the Ontario Trillium Foundation, she has served two terms as President of the Grand Valley chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, and she served on numerous boards at Guelph General Hospital.
Crista studied Public Relations in university and is a graduate of the Corporate Communication Program at Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario. Currently, she is enrolled at Royal Roads University in the Bachelor of Justice Studies program and she is a certified mediator.
Rowland Fleming
Rowland Fleming has held executive positions with the Bank of Nova Scotia, is the former CEO of the Toronto Stock Exchange, National Trust and The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company. He currently sits on a variety of boards, is an Executive-in-Residence at the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is involved as an advisor to a number of internet based businesses.
Needless to say, Rowland brings a great deal of experience and expertise to our business and is a valued and trusted voice on our board.
Tony Fry
This is Tony.
He has always been a big supporter of Switch Marketing, and has recently volunteered to join our advisory board.
Born in Halifax and educated at the University of New Brunswick, Tony now lives in Toronto with his wife Catherine and spends his weekends here, in the beautiful town of Creemore.
Tony brings us a fountain of knowledge as his experience includes spending 20 years with the Canadian YMCA as a Youth Worker and Camp Director. He left the ‘Y’ to open his own consulting company Tony Fry & Associates, focusing on employee development and strategic planning. Most recently, he works primarily with small and medium sized companies concerning succession.
Tony has been directing Young & Wright’s initiatives in staff effectiveness and organisational development for the past ten years. His ability to listen and ask critical questions allows him to support employees at all levels in an organization uncover their greatest potential and improve with speed. For these reasons and more, we are very excited to consider him part of our team!
